MIPS 2017 Reporting - Is your practice prepared?

The Quality Payment Program from CMS is going to have a significant impact on specialty practices this year. Thankfully it is not too late to take action for 2017!

Eligible Clinicians were given four options on how much 2017 data could be submitted for the MIPS payment adjustment:
  1. Submitting nothing for a negative 4% payment adjustment (-4%)
  2. Submitting a minimum amount (for example: one quality measure), for a neutral adjustment (no downward  or upward payment adjustment)
  3. Submitting 90 days of data where each Eligible Clinician could earn a neutral or positive adjustment (between 0-4%)
  4. Submitting a full year of data where each Eligible Clinician could earn a higher positive adjustment.
